Stamped mark on the back of the base: "Robj PARIS". Cameo-press mark on the vase body: “G. Argy-Rousseau”.
The lamp-vase made of multi-colored frosted glass using the pâte-de-verre technique is mounted on a solid stepped base made of dark patinated metal. The circular metal base rests on three feet, and the glass body itself is secured by stylized holder claws. Inside the base, a twisted cord in golden braiding with a socket and switch is mounted. The surface of the vase is decorated with vertical almond-shaped panels with a high-relief pattern of spirals and blooming primroses in a coral-red shade. The upper edge is decorated with a geometric belt imitating scales.
