    Rectangular nécessaire with the hinged lid topped by four‑sided finial, on four feet, in the case. Agate nécessaire body within a gold openwork frame of C-scrolls and blossoms. Its façade is decorated with three medallions featuring female heads rendered in painted enamel. The side panels are ornamented with applied gold figures of birds and running stags, the rear side – with a bird holding a flowering sprig in its beak and a figural scene with a young woman. The L‑shaped feet are ornamented with scrolls. The fabric-lined interior of the nécessaire contains eight fittings: two colorless clear glass bottles with gilded caps, a spoon, tweezers , an ear‑pick, a small mirror, a pencil, an ivory carnet, and a folding mirror with the lid decorated with the painted enamel composition featuring flowers and a bird.
