On a hollow round moulded base, supplemented with massive stone blocks as a ground, there is a sculptural image of an armed Bulgarian woman lying in ambush. The woman is depicted captured on a rock and peering intently into the distance. She is dressed in a sukman (traditional sundress) with opashki – open sleeves with buttons, belted with a wide men's sash. A dagger is tucked into the belt, and in her left hand the heroine holds a pistol.
