The clock is housed in a vertical mahogany case with a profiled pyramidal lower section, a profiled cornice, and a suspension mount with terminals for connecting to an electrical power source above the top panel. The front features a hinged door with faceted glass and a hook catch. Connecting wires are mounted in grooves on the back of the case.
