The scenes are positioned in two rows, with each one inscribed in gold paint. Сircular medallion depicting the double-headed eagle—the coat of arms of the Russian Empire—is placed in the upper center of the sheet, with an inscription executed in gold paint above it: “16 Janvier 1889.” The cartouche in the lower part of the sheet, bearing an inscription in Russian and French “Идите прямымъ путём - s'il vous plaît” (translated from French as: please), depicts a scene in the Armorial Hall. A walking stick and a hat are shown in the central part of the sheet. A circular blue stamp with a partially visible inscription is located in the corner: “EXPORTATION // PARIS.”
The author's signature and date are located in the lower-right section, beneath the cartouche: Зichy 89.
